Refund Policy

MilliCache Pro and other paid products on this site are sold and processed by our reseller Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia), acting as Merchant of Record. Creem is the contractual seller and processes all payments, invoices and refunds. This policy explains how refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal apply to your purchase.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. MilliCache Pro is digital content supplied immediately. In line with § 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) and Creem's Buyer Terms, your right of withdrawal expires once delivery begins, provided you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. You give this consent during checkout.

Our satisfaction policy

Beyond your statutory rights, we want you to be happy with MilliCache Pro. If the product does not work as described, or you run into a problem we can't resolve, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will help you fix it or arrange a refund through Creem. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Subscriptions & renewals

Licenses are billed per year and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not generally refund the unused part of a term that has already begun, but if a renewal caught you by surprise, get in touch — we're reasonable about it.

How to request a refund

Email with the email address you used at checkout and a short note about the issue. We aim to respond within two business days. You can also request a refund directly from Creem via the receipt you received by email.
